Yes. An internet-connected tablet with a web browser is enough to use JMT. We help with the initial setup, website and menu so your team can receive and manage online orders. Ordering and payment setup must be completed before you go live.

Orders through your own JMT website have no marketplace listing or commission fee. Online payments still carry 2.9% + $0.30 processing plus a 3% JoyMeetsTaste Margin, and delivery charges are separate. Orders on other marketplaces follow their own fees.

Yes. Choose pickup, delivery or both, and manage orders in the web app. Delivery becomes available after the required setup is complete and depends on location and provider availability. Delivery charges apply separately.

Set points that customers earn and redeem on eligible orders. Create coupon campaigns with dates, eligible items or orders, and usage limits. Customer profiles and order history help you understand returning guests.

Yes. After we build your free custom website, you can manage your menu and store information, edit website text and social links, and manage gallery photos. Publish website edits when you want them to go live.

Yes. Configure the earning and redemption conditions for your rewards program. Eligible customers can earn points on qualifying orders and use available rewards according to the rules you set.

Yes. Configure campaign dates, eligible items or orders, and usage limits. Check those conditions before making a promotion available to customers.

The web app provides customer profiles and order history. Use that information alongside your rewards and campaigns to understand repeat customers and plan relevant offers.

Website content edits are saved as a draft. Publish to update the public website, including added or removed social links. Menu and store information have their own management controls.

Payment processing is 2.9% + $0.30 per online payment. A separate 3% JoyMeetsTaste Margin also applies. These are transaction charges, not a monthly subscription. Delivery charges are separate.

Your website is a direct ordering channel, not a marketplace listing. JMT’s 3% margin is a separate charge for the online transaction. “No marketplace fee” does not mean all payment and delivery services are free.
